Text you submit

Your source text is sent through our server to community-powered AI infrastructure so the rewrite can be generated. DraftMine does not save your source or rewritten text in its database, logs or analytics. The underlying service sends prompts to volunteer-operated workers without your DraftMine browser or network identifier, but it may process and temporarily retain prompt or connection usage data under its own policies. That infrastructure is outside our direct control. Do not submit passwords, private keys, confidential business information, health records or other sensitive material.

What we retain

DraftMine does not create an account, browser fingerprint or per-visitor usage record. Operational logs may contain a random request identifier, timestamp, coarse success or failure status, provider model identifier and latency. They do not contain your source text, rewritten text, audience description, cookie or DraftMine-generated visitor identifier.

Analytics

DraftMine uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and completed or failed journeys. These services do not receive source text, rewritten text, audience descriptions or other free-form content from DraftMine. They may receive ordinary connection data such as IP address, browser information and referring page under their own policies.

Website Humanizer (beta)

Website Humanizer is a separate, optional product surface for website owners, and it is the only part of DraftMine with approved persistence. The editor above stays transient: nothing you type there is stored. For each Website Humanizer installation we store the site owner's email address; the site's canonical origin and the normalized paths of its public pages; the selected tone and site configuration (allowed origins, exclusions, pause state); cryptographic hashes of public source text blocks; the replacement text served to visitors, whether generated or written by you in the copy editor; short-lived preview snippets that expire within 24 hours; and aggregate site-level usage such as page and block counts. Data is stored in Google Cloud region us-central1 (United States).

What Website Humanizer never stores

The loader script and our services do not collect or store website visitor identities, visitor IP addresses, cookies, browser-storage identifiers, URL query strings, or form values from your site or your visitors. The snippet sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting and injects no analytics into your website; during an A/B copy test it keeps only the single non-identifying session value described below.

Processors and retention

When a site owner runs an A/B copy test, the loader keeps one number in the visitor's browser session storage (the key dm_u) so the visitor sees a consistent version across pages. It is a random value that identifies nothing and no one, is never sent to DraftMine, and disappears when the browser session ends. Sites without a running test store nothing. The chosen version letter is exposed to the website's own analytics; DraftMine receives no analytics from customer websites.

Transactional setup and management emails are delivered through Brevo. Rewrites are generated asynchronously by community-operated model processing; public source text is sent to it transiently during a job and is not retained by DraftMine beyond the hashes and replacements described above. Magic links expire after 24 hours and management sessions after 60 minutes. When you delete a site, its configuration, hashes, replacements and manifests are deleted, and your email address is deleted once your last site is deleted.

Your choices

You can use DraftMine without an account, login or email address. Do not submit material you do not want processed by third-party community infrastructure.
